These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which A.D.A.M. operates.
7.2 Arbitration:
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
This Guarantee applies to A.D.A.M.’s 30-Day Offers and Annual Plans. Refunds are contingent upon adherence to the following:

Your AI-powered automation system will be fully built, delivered, and operational within 30 days, provided you fulfill the outlined requirements.
Client Responsibilities:
Complete all onboarding surveys or forms to supply required information.Schedule and attend three (3) setup calls and one (1) final review call.
Respond promptly to requests for additional details needed to complete the project.
Refund Conditions:
If A.D.A.M. fails to deliver a working system due to its own shortcomings, a refund may be requested.Refunds will not be granted if client non-compliance (e.g., missed calls, failure to provide data) impedes delivery.
Eligibility:
Refunds are exclusive to annual subscribers.You must engage fully with A.D.A.M.'s tools, training, and resources for 12 consecutive months.
Conditions:
Provide documented proof of implementation and efforts made using A.D.A.M.'s system.Attempt to rectify issues through A.D.A.M.'s support channels
before requesting a refund.
Refund Process:
Notify A.D.A.M. in writing within 30 days of the 1-year anniversary of your subscription.Refunds, if approved, will cover only the initial investment and exclude indirect costs or lost profits.
Refunds are not available for month-to-month subscriptions.
Refunds will not be issued for failure to cancel services before renewal charges are processed.
